Consultations: A consultation in your home allows us to discuss your objectives and access the scope of the project. Will you need painters, new flooring or maybe new window coverings? Will you be happy with a One Day Redesign using only what now exists? We will make those decisions at this consultation.

$100.00 per hour

One Day Redesign: After the consultation, we will choose a day to complete the Redesign. The room will be emptied of all but the largest furnishings and the process will begin by first placing any area rugs in their proper position and arranging the furniture piece by piece in a visually pleasing yet functional arrangement. If given permission, we will use pieces from other rooms to complete the look. The final step of accessorizing will give your room the look of a professional designer. This is probably the most important step for achieving the look you are after.

Full day: $425.00 one person $850.00 two people Half day: $225.00 one person $450.00 two people

Shopping: After the consultation, we may decide that new furniture, accessories or window treatments will be necessary to achieve the look you want. I will meet with you at locations of your or my choosing and we will purchase the necessary items to complete the job. If you choose, I can be given a budget and do the shopping without you.

$50.00 per hour Min. 2 hours

Move-ins: After an initial consultation to determine what you have, what you need and what you should leave, I will meet the movers at your new home to arrange the furniture as it comes off the truck. Once all the furniture has been placed, the accessorizing can begin. This is the fastest and most economical way to give your new home that designer look and make your move as stress free as possible.

Home Sale Staging: Making your home as visually appealing as possible will make for a faster and more lucrative sale. Similar to "One Day Redesign", the emphasis is on de-cluttering and depersonalizing the house so the new owners can envision their own furnishings in the home. Major renovations are usually not recouped in the sale, while staging usually commands higher offers on the house with minimal expense.

I can supply window treatments, flooring options and select the best colors, textures and accessories to give your home that designer look.
